Experience: Relevant restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to manage daily restaurant service operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all orders are entered correctly into the POS system.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Address guest queries and resolve service-related complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the dining area.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations and high service standards.
- Support and guide service staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar hospitality role.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of POS and restaurant billing systems.
- Strong coordination and team management abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, skilled grooming, and a guest-focused approach.
