- Guest Relations: Greet and seat guests, handle special requests, introduce daily specials, and manage customer feedback or complaints.

- Floor Supervision: Oversee a section of tables or lead a team of servers, bussers, and junior staff.

- Operations & Workflow: Conduct pre-shift briefings, manage table reservations, monitor food and drink timing, and check POS (Point of Sale) entries.

- Training & Standards: Onboard and train current staff, enforce hygiene and safety protocols (HACCP), and inspect table setups and cleanliness.

- Sales: Drive upselling, promote high-margin items, and support overall revenue targets.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
