Core Responsibilities of Resort Manager

- Department Oversight: Manage cross-functional teams including front desk/reception, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, security, and leisure/spa activities. [1, 2]

- Guest Experience &
- VIP Handling:

Own the end-to-end guest journey, personally address severe complaints, and maintain high standards of hospitality and comfort. [1, 2]

- Financial &

- Revenue Management:

Build and manage operational budgets, forecast occupancy trends and room rates, control costs across peak and lean seasons, and drive upselling. [1, 2]

- Sales &

- Marketing Alignment:

Work with sales teams to boost off-season occupancy, manage online reputation (OTAs and reviews), and shape promotional packages. [1, 2]

- Compliance &

- Safety:

Ensure the property meets local fire, health, hygiene, security, and legal licensing regulations

- Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor department heads and seasonal staff to build a high-performance culture.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
