About the Role

We are looking for a confident, ambitious and result-oriented Resort Acquisition Executive to identify resorts, connect with owners, negotiate deals and successfully bring resorts into the company's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach resort owners and decision-makers.
- Build relationships with hotel owners and hospitality partners.
- Conduct meetings, property visits and negotiations.
- Present business proposals and close resort acquisition
- Manage follow-ups and maintain a pipeline of potential resorts.
- Travel extensively across India.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication (English and Hindi) and negotiation skills.




- Strong sales and business development abilities.
- Experience in building relationships with hotel or resort owners.
- Comfortable with extensive travel
- Target-driven, confident and capable of closing deals.
- Willing to work 6 days a week.

Preferred Candidates (Not Mandatory)

- Individuals who are passionate about travelling and exploring new destinations.
- Candidates with experience in hotel and resort tie-ups, hospitality sales, strategic partnerships, or property acquisition will be preferred.
- Experience with companies such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, leading hotel chains, resort groups, hospitality partnership networks, or timeshare businesses will be a strong advantage.

Important

This is an on-ground role that involves frequent travel, meetings with resort owners, negotiations, and closing deals

We are looking for someone who can build solid industry relationships and successfully acquire resorts.
