Role Description The Reservation Supervisor at Park Inn by Radisson in Surat is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the reservations department in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing room reservations, monitoring inventory and rates, and ensuring accurate and timely handling of bookings from multiple channels.

The Reservation

Supervisor coordinates with front office, sales, and revenue teams to optimize occupancy and revenue while maintaining high service standards. Day-to-day tasks involve supervising reservation agents, providing guidance and training,



handling escalated guest inquiries, and resolving complex reservation issues. The role also includes preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, maintaining reservation system data integrity, and supporting initiatives that improve guest satisfaction and team efficiency.

Qualifications

- Robust reservations and booking management skills, with experience in hotel reservation systems and inventory control.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proven customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle escalations and resolve issues promptly.
- Experience in training and supervising team members, including coaching, performance feedback, and skills development.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations, ideally in reservations or front office roles.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common hotel PMS and reservation software, as well as basic MS Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and comfort with reporting and data-based decision-making.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
