Job Title: Reservation Executive

Job Summary

Bestinn Hospitality Pvt. Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with potential customers, explain the company's hospitality services, and generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain the company's services, offers, and packages to customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into bookings or sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams when required.





Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Experience in hospitality and tourism industry preferable.
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
