We are looking for a Research Associate to support research activities and the preparation of research papers, scientific articles, review papers, and journal publications in the fields of Management, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, and related disciplines.

The selected candidate will work on research projects involving literature review, research methodology, data collection, statistical analysis, academic writing, documentation, and preparation of manuscripts for submission to appropriate journals and conferences.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in academic research, good analytical and writing skills, and the ability to systematically collect, analyze, and document research information.

Responsibilities

- Conduct literature reviews using academic journals, research databases, and other scholarly sources.
- Identify and analyze existing research relevant to specific research topics.
- Assist in developing research questions, objectives, hypotheses, and conceptual frameworks.
- Collect, organize, clean, and analyze primary and secondary research data.
- Assist with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret research findings.
- Prepare research reports, literature reviews, research notes, and academic documentation.
- Assist in writing and structuring research papers for journal publication.
- Prepare sections including abstracts, introductions, literature reviews, methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, and references.
- Format manuscripts according to journal and conference guidelines.
- Manage citations and references using appropriate referencing styles such as APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, or journal-specific formats.
- Assist with tables, charts, figures, statistical outputs, and other research documentation.
- Conduct plagiarism/similarity checks and assist in improving manuscript originality and academic presentation.
- Review manuscripts for grammar, consistency, formatting, citations,



and overall research quality.
- Assist in identifying suitable journals and conferences for research-paper submission.
- Track manuscript submission, review, revision, and publication processes.
- Assist in responding to reviewer comments and preparing revised manuscripts.
- Use AI-assisted research and documentation tools responsibly to improve research efficiency, literature organization, analysis, and academic documentation.
- Maintain organized records of research papers, references, datasets, analysis files, and publication documents.
- Collaborate with researchers and domain experts across Management, Accounting, Finance, and HR.

- Familiarity with AI-based research and academic productivity tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet research deadlines.

- BBA / MBA

- BA / MA – Economics
- MA / MSc – Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
- CA / CMA / CS – pursuing or qualified
- PhD scholars / research scholars
- Candidates pursuing or holding postgraduate qualifications in Management, Finance, Accounting, HR, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines

Candidates with a strong research background from other relevant disciplines may also be considered. Final-year students, postgraduate students, research scholars, and recent graduates with strong research and academic-writing skills are encouraged to apply.
