Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru.

The Relationship

Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client real estate requirements, and provide guidance on suitable property options. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting property visits, explaining project details and pricing, and following up to support decision-making. The Role also involves coordinating with internal sales and marketing teams, preparing basic reports on client interactions,



and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience from initial contact to closure.

The Relationship

Manager is expected to meet defined targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Solid communication and presentation abilities, including clear spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of real estate markets, property types, and transaction processes, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills to support clients through decision-making.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with positive time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also considered.
