MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

Banking experience in CASA / Current Account / Savings Account Acquisition Current-to-Bank (NTB) Acquisition experience

Open Market Sales / Lead Generation experience

SME / Business Banking experience preferred





Strong knowledge of Commercial Catchments & Business Segments

Experience in Cross-Selling Banking Products

Excellent Communication & Customer Relationship Skills

Local Language Proficiency – Mandatory

MBA / IRDA Certification – Preferred
