Key Responsibilities:

- Source and onboard potential retail loan clients through direct outreach, networking, and field visits.
- Guide borrowers through product options, eligibility, and loan terms.
- Collect and verify KYC,



financial, and income documentation.
- Coordinate with partner Banks/NBFCs for smooth file login, sanctioning, and prompt disbursement.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Minimum 6 months in a Bank, NBFC, or DSA office.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com graduates preferred).
- Key Skills: Strong understanding of loan documentation, communication, and customer relationship management.
