Purpose:

Drive insurance sales through partner branches, support customer acquisition, facilitate policy issuance and strengthen relationships with partner stakeholders to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment, training & development of Insurance to the partners

- Generate & drive leads through partner branches

- Drive conversion of leads into policy sales

- Review/ Monitor / Analyze sales performance & competitor activities.

- Ensure a seamless customer experience, Explain product features, benefits with query handling.

- Build strong relationships with branch managers and RMs.

- Ensure regular connect with key stakeholders

Eligibility:
