– Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Department: MBO Sales

Reporting To: Head of Sales

Role Profile

Responsible for driving regional sales growth, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and managing sales teams and channel partners to maximize business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Expand distribution networks by identifying new business opportunities and appointing channel partners.
- Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, MBOs, and key accounts.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales, market coverage, product performance, and collections.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits and review sales performance to identify and address gaps.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain,



and finance teams to ensure effective sales operations.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- 8–12 years of sales experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, textile, or retail.
- Prior experience in regional sales management, channel sales, distribution, and MBO operations.

Required Skills

- Strong sales planning, business development, and target achievement skills.
- Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of distribution management, market expansion, and sales forecasting.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Solid commercial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel extensively.
