We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager / Cluster Head to drive our fintech network expansion across Madhya Pradesh. In this role, you will be responsible for leading regional sales operations, managing a hybrid B2B ecosystem, and scaling our distributor and channel networks. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in field sales, strong team leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to enhance our market presence.

Role & responsibilities

- Sales Operations: Oversee, manage, and drive regional sales operations to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual business targets.
- Network Expansion: Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors and retailers to expand market penetration across the assigned zone.
- Channel Management: Efficiently manage a robust B2B, and distributor model network, ensuring high engagement and retention.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and track the performance of the field sales team to maximize productivity and market coverage.
- Business Development: Scout for recent business opportunities,



scale revenue streams, and actively enhance brand visibility in regional and urban sectors.
- Relationship Management: Maintain deep, long-lasting relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and retail networks.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduate degree in any stream (Any Field).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of core experience in field sales, channel management, and distributor handling.
- Industry Background: Proven experience in the Fintech preferred.
- Leadership: Prior experience in handling, training, and driving on-ground field sales teams.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B, and multi-tier distributor business models.
- Mobility: High willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone/territory as per business needs.
