We are looking for a Regional HR professional with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned regions for a Housing Finance Company. The role will focus on manpower planning, high-volume hiring, coordination with business teams and ensuring timely recruitment to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned branches and regions.
- Drive high-volume hiring for frontline and field-level positions across sales, credit, collections and operations.
- Coordinate with business heads and branch teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build candidate pipelines through Naukri, employee referrals, consultants, local sourcing and market mapping.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and achievement of recruitment targets within defined TAT.
- Support recent branch openings, business expansion and workforce ramp-up through effective hiring.
- Track recruitment MIS, open positions, joining ratios, offer dropouts and sourcing effectiveness.
- Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations and follow-ups until joining.
- Develop local talent networks and maintain a database of relevant candidates from HFCs and NBFCs.
- Regularly review hiring progress with business stakeholders and resolve recruitment challeng
