Recruitment Executive / Recruitment Intern

Monthly CTC: ₹20,000–₹25,000 plus performance-based incentives.

HiringTag is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven recruitment professional who understands the recruitment industry and can fulfil clients’ hiring needs. If you enjoy connecting with people, identifying talent, and taking ownership of hiring closures, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Understand clients’ hiring requirements and identify suitable talent.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, salary expectations, and joining availability.
- Present relevant profiles to clients and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up on feedback, offers, and joining commitments.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers.




- Take ownership of assigned requirements through successful candidate joining.

What We’re Looking For
- Prior recruitment industry knowledge; experience with a recruitment agency or staffing firm is preferred.
- Strong communication, candidate screening, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, accountability, and confidence in achieving targets.
- Intern applicants should have a sound understanding of the recruitment process and readiness to work towards hiring targets.

Your Target. Your Prospect to Earn. Monthly target: At least five successful candidate placements/joinings.

Performance incentives: Payable after achieving the monthly target, as per HiringTag’s incentive structure.
