Recruitment Executive (Fresher / Entry Level)

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates and post-graduates who want to build a career in recruitment. You’ll be trained by experienced recruitment professionals and get hands-on exposure to hiring for engineering and manufacturing clients. No prior experience is needed, just the drive to learn and strong communication skills.

What You’ll Do

- Understand job requirements from the team and clients, especially for engineering and manufacturing roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
- Call candidates, explain opportunities and assess their interest, skills and availability
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates through the hiring process, from interview to joining
- Maintain candidate records and trackers accurately
- Learn end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, closing and onboarding





Who We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduate or post-graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) are the primary selection criterion
- Interest in building a career in recruitment and HR
- Interest in engineering, manufacturing or related industries is a plus
- Confident, polite and persuasive on the phone
- Good learner who is organised and comfortable with targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: Work from office (South Delhi)
- Saturday: Work from home
