We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment for both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and technical skills required for IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Required Skills





- 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Understanding of C2H and permanent hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment portals.
- Knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job descriptions.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

- Any graduate degree.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
