Kasplo is a fast-growing customer engagement and communication platform that helps businesses connect with their customers through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to strengthen our talent acquisition team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Support, and Technology.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR screening calls, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Manage multiple open positions while meeting recruitment timelines and hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.




- Build positive candidate relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

? Requirements

- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- A proactive mindset with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Must be comfortable working from our Bangalore office.
