Role Description The Recruiter role at VP AUTOMOBILES is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for various roles in dealership and manufacturing operations. This position will work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and support workforce planning.

Day-to-day tasks include posting job advertisements, maintaining candidate pipelines, organizing interview schedules, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also support onboarding activities, maintain recruitment records,



and contribute to employer branding initiatives that attract talent to VP AUTOMOBILES.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, understand role requirements, and provide consultative support on staffing needs.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, applicant tracking systems) to manage pipelines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally and ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic HR practices and employment guidelines; experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or retail sectors is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruiting.
- Comfort working in office in Rajkot, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to partner closely with cross-functional teams.
