Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
- Explain outstanding dues and payment requirements.
- Discuss feasible payment timelines within company policy.
- Record customer commitments and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate account and call records.
- Escalate disputed accounts for further review.
- Follow company policies and respectful collection practices.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
