We are looking for a responsible, confident, and target-oriented Recovery Executive- Real estate, to manage payment follow-ups with investors who have booked commercial, industrial, and residential land plots or parcels in and around Dholera SIR. The candidate will be responsible for calling investors, following up on payment installments, resolving payment-related queries in coordination with the sales and accounts teams, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Candidates with experience in real estate collections, tele calling, recovery, or customer relationship management will be preferred. Positive communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi, persuasive abilities, and a consistent follow-up approach are essential. Salary will be based on experience.
