Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bhubaneswar. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, defining job requirements, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline across technical and non-technical roles.

The Recruiter will oversee offer negotiation, onboarding coordination,



and ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects Bhionix.Group’s values and culture. The role also includes maintaining recruitment metrics, updating applicant tracking systems, and supporting employer branding and campus outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment coordination.
- Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and plan hiring strategies across multiple business units.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and common recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT and technology roles, and familiarity with emerging domains such as AI, IoT, AR/VR, Cloud, and digital products is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.
- Experience with campus hiring, employer branding initiatives, and diversity-focused recruiting practices is an advantage.
