Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hiring processes for healthcare and corporate roles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using structured/competency-based methods.
Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure smooth candidate communication.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft clear job descriptions.
Support continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and candidate experience.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment (healthcare or tech background preferred).
Skills: Candidate assessment, interviewing, JD development, and solid written/verbal communication.
Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and MS Office.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related practical experience.
