Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Sales Expert role based in Bengaluru.

The Real Estate Sales

Expert will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead follow-up, site visits, property presentations, and closing transactions for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, providing tailored property recommendations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation and handover. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends,



new projects, and pricing, as well as building and nurturing long-term client relationships.

The Real Estate Sales

Expert will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and represent Brickfolio with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess relevant real estate qualifications such as a valid Real Estate License and proven Real Estate industry experience.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real property transactions.
- Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Real Property markets, including local regulations, pricing, and project offerings.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide consultative guidance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients in person and over phone/email.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Prior experience in residential and/or commercial property sales with a consultancy or developer will be highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
