Role Description:

The Quantity Surveyor–Interiors will work on-site in Virudhunagar in a full-time capacity, supporting interior architecture and construction projects.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior works, conducting cost estimates, and monitoring project budgets to ensure financial efficiency. The role involves cost planning for materials and finishes, tracking variations, and preparing regular cost and progress reports for project stakeholders.

Surveyor–Interiors will collaborate closely with design, procurement, and site teams to validate quantities, support tender evaluations, and maintain alignment between project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Required Skills:

- Strong BOQ preparation and quantity take-off skills for interior works.
- Proficiency in cost control and cost management for multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience in cost planning and cost reporting, including periodic budget and variance reports.
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior drawings and specifications accurately.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and quantity surveying or estimation software.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with design, site, and procurement teams.
- Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interiors or fit-out projects is an added advantage.
