Job Summary The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, budget monitoring, variation evaluation, subcontractor and supplier quotation analysis, and project cost reporting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior fit-out and/or joinery projects, with strong knowledge of drawings, BOQs, costing, quantity surveying, and commercial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and BOQs based on project drawings and specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and pricing for interior fit-out and joinery works.
- Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and evaluate variations and additional works.
- Obtain, review, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Prepare project cost reports and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Projects, Procurement, and Production teams.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, and commercial documentation.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work for accurate estimation.




- Support the project team in maintaining cost control and commercial accuracy.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within Interior Fit-Out / Joinery.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, costing, and estimation.
- Experience in evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Valuable understanding of interior fit-out and joinery works.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and analytical/reporting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong Joinery / Interior Fit-Out experience in Kerala will also be considered.
- Experience with commercial documentation and project cost monitoring will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
