We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Intern to monitor call quality, evaluate employee performance, and ensure adherence to company standards and processes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn quality assurance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer calls to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Review call recordings and assess communication skills, product knowledge, and process adherence.
- Identify gaps in call handling and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Ensure employees follow the prescribed scripts, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Track errors, customer-handling issues, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with team leaders and managers to improve overall call quality and employee performance.
- Maintain accurate quality assessment records and documentation.
- Support training and development initiatives based on quality findings.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify errors and suggest improvements.
