Role Description The Quality Analyst role is a full time, on-site position based in Purandhar.

The Quality

Analyst will perform routine quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, using established methods and documentation standards. The role includes monitoring production processes for compliance with internal specifications and relevant quality and safety regulations, and reporting any deviations promptly.

The Quality

Analyst will collaborate with production and management teams to investigate non-conformities, support corrective and preventive actions, and update quality records. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining laboratory equipment,



preparing accurate reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in quality systems and procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret test results, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to perform inspections, testing, and verification of materials and products.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills to support quality planning, process standardization, and compliance with company procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to document findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field are preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety practices, basic instrumentation, and chemical handling standards is beneficial.
- Experience in an industrial or chemical manufacturing environment and familiarity with ISO or similar quality frameworks is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and readiness to work on-site in Purandhar are essential.
