We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Assistant to support the Quality Control team in inspecting, testing, and verifying electrical panels during manufacturing and before dispatch. The candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical components, panel wiring, quality inspection procedures, and electrical testing.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Inspect electrical panels during manufacturing and assembly as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Check panel dimensions, mounting arrangements, component installation, wiring, and workmanship.

- Verify electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, contactors, relays, meters, busbars, CTs, and other panel accessories.

- Check wiring connections, ferruling, cable dressing, terminal connections, and wire numbering against approved drawings.

- Assist in electrical testing, including continuity, insulation resistance (IR), and other applicable routine tests under authorized supervision.

- Verify the quality and ratings of installed components against the Bill of Materials (BOM) and approved drawings.

- Prepare and maintain QC inspection reports, checklists, test reports, and non-conformance records.

- Identify defects or deviations and report them to the QC Engineer or Production In-charge.

- Coordinate with production, design, and testing teams to resolve quality issues.

- Ensure compliance with applicable customer specifications, approved drawings, and relevant electrical standards.

- Assist during customer inspections, internal audits,



and pre-dispatch inspections.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to workplace safety procedures.

1. Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical panels such as PCC, MCC, APFC, LT panels, and distribution panels.

- Understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and wiring drawings.

- Knowledge of electrical components, panel assembly, and control wiring.

- Basic knowledge of electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation resistance testers.

- Ability to maintain inspection records and prepare reports in MS Excel.

- Good observation skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

1. Educational Qualification

ITI , Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Candidates with relevant experience in electrical panel manufacturing and quality inspection will be preferred.

1. Preferred Experience

Experience in LT panel manufacturing, panel assembly inspection, electrical testing, and quality documentation will be an added advantage.

QC Engineer / Quality Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
