Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual with an interest in technology, quality assurance, and research. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing, strong research abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred. Freshers with relevant training, certifications, or practical project experience are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities: Product Quality & Testing

- Test website features, user workflows, forms, navigation, and interactive elements to identify errors and unexpected behaviour.
- Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
- Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and checklists based on requirements.
- Identify, document, and report bugs with explicit reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
- Retest reported issues after fixes and verify that features work as expected.
- Check website responsiveness, browser compatibility, input validation, and edge cases.
- Maintain testing records and communicate findings clearly to the team.

Research & Information Verification
- Conduct structured online research using reliable sources.
- Verify information for accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
- Identify inconsistencies, duplicate entries, outdated details, and missing information.
- Organise research findings using spreadsheets and structured records.
- Maintain clear documentation and source references.
- Compare information from multiple sources and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure information is organised, consistent, and up to date.

Documentation & Quality Improvement
- Maintain test cases, bug reports, research records,



and quality checklists.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest practical improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve problems and improve quality.
- Follow established processes and complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

Tools & Technical Knowledge Familiarity with the following tools is preferred:
- Bug tracking: Jira, Trello, or similar issue-tracking tools.
- Browser testing: Chrome DevTools for basic website inspection.
- Documentation: Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- API testing: Basic Postman knowledge is an advantage.

Advanced programming skills are not required. Practical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn are important. Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, research, or data verification will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant training, certifications, internships, or practical projects are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with demonstrable practical skills and a strong learning attitude will also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
