Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile Quality Automation Engineer to drive quality assurance across web, desktop, and telephony interfaces. The ideal candidate will design and maintain robust test automation frameworks, develop automated regression suites, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines while ensuring high-quality standards across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Author comprehensive test plans, manual test cases, and edge-case execution scenarios based on business requirements.
- Identify, log, track, and triage bugs using enterprise tracking tools while collaborating closely with developers.
- Ensure end-to-end application quality, performance consistency, and test coverage across multi-platform enterprise ecosystems.
- Act as a key technical contact for client handling, delivering progress updates,
- Hands-on experience with Alation Cloud Service
- Familiarity with industry frameworks such as DCAM or DAMA-DMBOK
- Exposure to data lineage and data quality practices
- Experience contributing to governance dashboards or executive reporting
- Experience supporting change management and adoption programs
Qualifications: Solid experience in Java, JavaScript, UI automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, UFT), CI/CD concepts, and client-facing roles.
