About us

Skyline Buildestates Pvt Ltd is a Jaipur based company working in real estate and hospitality, with residential and commercial projects, service apartments, and restaurant and banquet operations run with established operating partners.

Role

We are looking for a seasoned Purchase Manager to lead procurement across our real estate projects and hospitality businesses.

Key responsibilities

Procure construction materials and fit-out packages against project BOQs and timelines.

Handle hospitality procurement: FF&E;, OS&E;, kitchen equipment and daily F&B; supplies.

Float RFQs, prepare comparatives, negotiate rates and issue purchase orders.

Build and manage an approved vendor base with regular performance reviews.

Control purchase budgets, inventory and wastage,



and report cost savings.

Ensure GST compliance and complete PO, GRN and invoice documentation.

Requirements

Graduate in Engineering, Commerce or Hotel Management; MBA in Supply Chain preferred.

10 to 15 years in purchase, including at least 5 years in a lead role.

Hospitality purchase experience (hotel, service apartments or F&B;) strongly preferred.

Pre-opening procurement experience will be an advantage.

Solid negotiation skills, vendor network in Rajasthan, and working knowledge of ERP and Excel.
