- Manage procurement of raw materials, packing materials, chemicals, engineering spares, and general items.

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and ensure timely delivery.

- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on pending orders.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, QA, QC, Engineering, and Accounts departments.

- Ensure materials meet required quality standards and company specifications.

- Maintain supplier records, purchase documentation, and inventory coordination.

- Monitor market trends, material costs, and supplier performance.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and applicable requirements.

- Control purchasing costs while ensuring uninterrupted plant operations.
