Qualification: B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical / Production)
What u Will Do
- Float enquiries and follow up with vendors for timely quotations
- Prepare techno-commercial comparative statements for management approval
- Draft and release Purchase Orders; confirm vendor acceptance
- Follow up with vendors on delivery schedules and dispatch
- Identify and develop current vendors for critical and alternate sourcing
- Visit vendor facilities to assess capability, capacity, and quality
- Maintain and update Approved Vendor List (AVL) with performance records
- Coordinate with design, production, stores, and QC for material planning
- Assist in price negotiation to achieve cost reduction targets
- Maintain purchase MIS — PO status, pending deliveries, price trends
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to prepare techno-commercial comparisons
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and material standards
- Good negotiation and vendor communication skills
- ERP / Tally / SAP knowledge — added advantage
- Knowledge of GST and e-way bill basics
- Honest, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Immediate joiners preferred. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
