Job Title: Procurement Executive– Electronics ManufacturingJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Executive to lead our sourcing and purchasing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for securing high-quality electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), semiconductors, and mechanical parts while optimizing costs and maintaining a resilient supply chain. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge of global electronic component distributors, experience navigating volatile market trends, and excellent negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable global suppliers for electronic components, raw materials, and sub-assemblies.

- Vendor Management: Maintain solid relationships with original component manufacturers (OCMs), authorized distributors, and contract manufacturers. Monitor and report on vendor performance regarding quality, delivery time, and cost.

- Cost Optimization & Negotiation: Negotiate long-term contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve maximum cost savings without compromising on quality or production timelines.

- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify supply chain risks (such as component obsolescence, long lead times, or geopolitical disruptions)



and develop secondary sourcing strategies.

- Inventory Control: Partner with the Production and Warehouse teams to balance inventory levels, minimizing excess stock while preventing factory downtime due to shortages.

- Bill of Materials (BOM) Analysis: Review product BOMs alongside the R&D; team to identify cost-reduction opportunities, suggest alternative components, and flag End-of-Life (EOL) parts.

- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all purchased components comply with international standards (such as RoHS, REACH, and ISO 9001/14001).

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or an Engineering discipline (Electrical/Electronics engineering is highly preferred).

- Experience: 5+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2–3 years specifically within the electronics manufacturing (EMS) or hardware technology industry.

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electronic components (passives, actives, ICs, microcontrollers) and global distribution channels (e.g., DigiKey, Mouser, Arrow, Avnet)

Pay: ₹10,866.37 - ₹25,000.00 per month
