- Sourcing & Vendor Development: Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers for critical components like transmission towers, conductors, insulators, and hardware fittings.
- Bidding & RFQs: Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, analyze technical bids, and evaluate costs against commercial terms and conditions.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Conduct fact-based, techno-commercial negotiations to secure the best pricing, delivery timelines, and warranties.
- Supply Chain Monitoring: Track market trends, manage inventory, and mitigate supply chain risks to prevent project delays.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure purchased materials meet exact technical specifications and site requirements.
