Role Description The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Property

Consultant will guide clients through the end-to-end property journey, including understanding requirements, shortlisting suitable properties, arranging site visits, and supporting negotiations. This role involves providing accurate market insights, explaining project details, and ensuring a transparent buying process.

The Property

Consultant will maintain regular communication with clients, manage documentation, coordinate with developers and internal teams, and deliver attentive post-sales support. The position requires proactive follow-up, effective relationship management, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and conversion targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present information clearly, conduct client meetings, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.




- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills to provide responsive support before and after sales, handle queries, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales skills to manage leads, convert inquiries into transactions, and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, robust negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on-site with flexible schedules as needed.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in property consulting or real estate sales, is preferred.

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience with a Real Estate Brokerage / Channel Partner (CP) firm.

Proven track record of property transactions and revenue generation.

Strong knowledge of the Western and/or Central Mumbai real estate markets.

Excellent client management, negotiation and deal-closing skills.

Ability to independently manage leads, conduct site visits and close transactions.

A self-driven professional with a strong focus on targets and revenue.
