About the role The Project Management Office (PMO) at Idox plays a key role in delivering customer projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. As a Project Support Coordinator, you will support Project Managers by coordinating project activities, maintaining accurate records, managing deadlines, and helping ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires strong organisation, time management, communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is proactive, resourceful, committed, and experienced in project administration or client services. The position also offers opportunities to work across a variety of public and private sector projects, develop your skills, and progress towards becoming a fully qualified Project Manager. To be successful, you’ll need to bring:

Enthusiastic, pro-active and keen to learn.

PMP / Prince2 certification preferred

Able to demonstrate initiative and be self-driven A good communicator both written and oral

Able to maintain attention to fine detail

Proactive, with a logical approach, able to complete and finish tasks

Familiar with MS Projects, Salesforce, MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel

Open to learning and development

Professional with customers and colleagues

Able to prioritise own work and manage deadlines effectively

Confident in dealing with challenging situations and in resolving any ambiguities.
