Role Description The Project & Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role oversees end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

The manager coordinates cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, technology, and client servicing, to maintain smooth operations and clear communication. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines and resources, tracking deliverables, setting up workflows and processes, and proactively resolving operational bottlenecks.



The role also involves performance reporting, vendor and partner coordination, quality control of project outputs, and continuous improvement of operational practices to support scalable, efficient growth.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Operations management capabilities, such as process design, workflow optimization, and performance tracking.
- Experience working with marketing, digital, or creative teams, ideally within an agency or consulting environment.
- Competence in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Slack, or similar platforms).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align internal teams and external clients.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and improve efficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team coordination, decision-making, and accountability for outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, Agile, Lean) are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with the cultural and market dynamics of South India is a plus.
