Position: Project Manager

Compensation: Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and skills

Role Summary

You will plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of our construction projects, from inception to handover. This is a leadership role that needs strong technical knowledge, project planning expertise, and the ability to manage teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones using MS Project or equivalent tools
- Define scope, objectives, resource allocation, and deliverables
- Monitor timelines to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery

Site Supervision & Quality Control
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
- Resolve technical and operational issues promptly

Team & Contractor Management
- Lead engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with architects,



structural consultants, MEP engineers, and vendors
- Conduct performance reviews and build a culture of accountability

Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare, manage, and review project budgets
- Approve material procurement, track expenditure, and prepare financial progress reports
- Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and senior management
- Present periodic progress reports, risk assessments, and escalation reports

Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, RERA guidelines, and statutory regulations
- Maintain drawings, RFIs, NCRs, MOM, and handover documents
- Manage QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) protocols on site

Qualifications

- Diploma in Civil Engineering; Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Construction Management certification is desirable
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure
- Proven record of delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Experience managing projects valued above ₹5 crore preferred

Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and RERA compliance
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi (regional language preferred)
- Integrity, accountability, and a result-oriented approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
