About the Role

We are hiring a Project Manager on behalf of a fast-growing AI technology company.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, coordinate teams, manage deadlines, and ensure that work gets completed on time and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced setting where priorities evolve quickly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working with technical teams, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

You don't need to be an AI engineer, but you should understand how technology products are built and have a strong interest in artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Own projects from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with engineering, product, AI development, operations, and business teams to keep projects moving.
- Task Management: Break down projects into actionable tasks, assign ownership, track progress, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and implement processes that increase team productivity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- AI Product Delivery: Coordinate the development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered products and features.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues, resolve blockers, and escalate problems when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain project plans, requirements, meeting notes,



and status reports.

Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in project management, technical program management, or technology operations.
- Experience managing software development or technology-related projects.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Linear.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering projects successfully.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at an AI, SaaS, or software technology company.
- Familiarity with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, or automation technologies.
- Experience coordinating product launches or software releases.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or AI-powered productivity platforms.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
