THE IS A Project Manager – Civil Execution oversees the on-site execution, planning, and delivery of civil engineering and construction projects. - Objective: Ensure civil construction works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to design specifications.

- Position Type: Field-facing leadership role requiring regular or full time presence at construction sites.

- Reporting To: Head of Projects, General Manager, or Chief Executive Officer. [1, 2, 3]

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution &

- Construction Management

- Supervise daily on-site civil activities, including earthworks, RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete), foundations, masonry, shuttering, steel reinforcement, and finishing works.

- Read and interpret architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.

- Monitor labor force productivity, deployment, and site safety protocols. [1, 2, 3]

1. Planning, Scheduling &
- Progress Tracking

- Translate master project schedules into daily and weekly actionable site targets.

- Track critical paths, milestones, and project progress using tools like MS Project or Gantt charts.

- Maintain daily site progress logs, measurement books (MB), and reporting dashboards for upper management. [1, 2, 3]

1. Quality Control &
- Safety (HSE)

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, IS codes, and engineering standards.





- Conduct regular material quality checks (concrete cube tests, steel inspections, waterproofing).

- Enforce zero-accident safety policies, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and site health regulations. [1, 2, 3]

1. Vendor, Contractor &
- Material Management

- Onboard and manage civil sub-contractors, labor contractors, and equipment vendors.

- Forecast material requirements (cement, aggregates, steel) and coordinate timely site deliveries with the procurement team.

- Verify sub-contractor measurement sheets and process running account (RA) bills. [1, 2, 3]

1. Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams, and client representatives.

- Resolve site bottlenecks, design queries, and labor disputes. [1, 2]

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E. / M.Tech in Construction Management preferred for senior roles). [1] Diploma in Civil also preferred with experience.

- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of hands-on civil execution experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. & 4 YEARS HOSPITAL CONSTRUCTION IS Mandatory.

- Technical Skills:

- Strong grasp of RCC design, bar bending schedules (BBS), and site execution standards.

- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
