Qwikxy is an online platform for building and home improvement supplies, bringing a wide range of products directly to customers. We work with homeowners, construction professionals and interior designers to help them source materials for their projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong building material product knowledge and sales capabilities. You will visit construction and interior project sites, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products and convert leads into confirmed orders through Qwikxy’s online platform.

This role combines project coordination, customer relationship management and field sales. It requires regular site visits and consistent follow-up throughout the customer’s project.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit new construction sites, ongoing projects and interior renovation sites to identify sales opportunities.
- Meet homeowners, end customers, interior designers, architects and contractors to understand their material requirements.
- Explain product features, applications, specifications and perks across categories such as sanitaryware, hardware, tiles, laminates, adhesives and safes.
- Recommend suitable products based on project requirements, budgets and timelines.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, address customer queries and negotiate within approved pricing guidelines.




- Convert enquiries and leads into sales, helping customers place and complete orders on Qwikxy’s online platform.
- Conduct regular visits to ongoing projects to identify upcoming material needs and generate repeat orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, order processing, delivery schedules and customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, leads, quotations, follow-ups and confirmed orders.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and build lasting relationships with customers and project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or building materials industry, preferably involving customer-facing sales.
- Good working knowledge of sanitaryware, hardware, tiles, laminates, adhesives, safes and related building products.
- Proven ability to explain products clearly, handle objections, negotiate and close sales.
- Experience working with homeowners, interior designers, contractors or architects.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Ability to plan site visits independently and manage multiple leads and projects.
- Comfort using online ordering platforms and basic digital tools to maintain sales records.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer and project sites across Bengaluru.

Preferred Qualifications

- An existing network of interior designers, architects, contractors or builders.
- Familiarity with Bengaluru’s construction and home improvement market.
- Ability to communicate in English, Kannada and/or Hindi.
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for site travel are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
