How You’ll Make an Impact

Project Portfolio Tracking &

- Metrics Oversight

- Maintain a real-time, accurate view of all active partner-led implementation projects within the assigned portfolio — covering milestone status, go-live dates, open risks, blockers, and key decisions pending.
- Define and track a standardized set of project health metrics across the portfolio, including milestone adherence rate, risk density, open action item age, and escalation frequency.
- Develop and maintain a project health dashboard that provides the Regional Partner Success Leader and Regional Partner Delivery Lead with an at-a-glance view of portfolio status.
- Conduct weekly portfolio sweeps, reviewing updates from partner project teams and flagging discrepancies between reported status and observed delivery signals.

Proactive Reporting &

- Stakeholder Communication

- Prepare and distribute structured project status reports for each active engagement on a regular cadence (weekly / bi-weekly), tailored to the intended audience — ranging from working-level updates to executive summaries.
- Translate raw project data into transparent, concise, and visually effective reports that highlight what matters: what is on track, what is at risk, what decisions are needed, and what is overdue.
- Proactively surface emerging risks and issues to the Regional Partner Delivery Lead and Regional Partner Success Leader before they escalate, with supporting context and recommended escalation paths.
- Maintain a rolling decisions log across each engagement, tracking open decisions, owners, and due dates to prevent stalled progress caused by unresolved choices.
- Prepare briefing materials for governance meetings, including project dashboards, risk summaries, and action item trackers.

Liaison Between Partner Project Teams and Sirion Internal Teams

- Serve as the coordination point between partner project teams and Sirion's internal functions — including Product Support, Technical Consultants, Enablement, CS Ops, and Legal/Commercial teams — ensuring requests are routed correctly and responses are tracked.
- Chase open actions from Sirion-side stakeholders, ensuring that partner teams are not left waiting for Sirion inputs that are blocking their delivery progress.
- Attend partner project team meetings (as observer or participant) to maintain firsthand visibility into delivery dynamics, emerging risks, and team sentiment.
- Facilitate information flow between the Regional Partner Delivery Lead and the partner's day-to-day delivery team — translating feedback from design reviews and toolgates into clear action items with owners and timelines.
- Coordinate logistics for governance meetings, design review sessions, and toolgate checkpoints — owning agendas, minute-taking, and action item distribution.

Escalation Management &

- Issue Triage

- Maintain a clear escalation log across the portfolio, tracking the nature of each escalation, the escalation path taken, and the resolution timeline.
- Triage incoming issues from partner teams, assessing urgency, determining the appropriate Sirion owner,

and ensuring timely acknowledgement and response.
- Follow up on open escalations with relevant Sirion stakeholders until resolution is confirmed and the partner team is updated.
- Monitor recurrence patterns in issues across projects — identifying systemic problems (e.g., product gaps, knowledge deficiencies, process failures) and flagging them for structural remediation.

Governance Preparation &

- Cadence Management

- Prepare materials for all governance cadences — weekly internal team syncs, monthly partner review meetings, and ad-hoc escalation calls — including status decks, risk registers, and action item logs.
- Distribute meeting agendas in advance, capture minutes and action items during sessions, and circulate post-meeting summaries within 24 hours.
- Track action items from governance meetings to closure, chasing owners proactively when deadlines are approaching or missed.
- Maintain a governance calendar for each active engagement, ensuring all cadences are scheduled, attendees are confirmed, and materials are ready on time.

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

- Confident interpersonal skills — able to chase actions and follow up with senior internal and partner stakeholders professionally and persistently.
