Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project governance, resource management, vendor coordination, reporting, and training initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive operational efficiency across multiple project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Resource & Capacity Management

- Manage team capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Maintain leave calendars and ensure adequate project coverage.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for project resources.

Vendor & License Management

- Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage software license allocation, reallocation, and revocation.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, subscriptions, and vendor assets.
- Track license utilization and compliance.

Project Reporting & Governance

- Prepare executive presentations and project status reports.
- Develop and maintain Weekly Status Reports (WSR), Steering Committee (SteerCo) decks, Monthly Reviews, and All-Hands presentations.
- Consolidate project metrics, risks, issues, milestones, and key updates from stakeholders.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards,



and governance documentation.

Training Coordination

- Plan and coordinate technical, business, and process training programs.
- Schedule training sessions, manage stakeholder communications, and track participation.
- Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and vendors to ensure successful training delivery.
- Maintain training records and completion reports.

Required Skills

- Project Coordination / PMO support experience
- Resource and Capacity Planning
- Vendor Management and Asset Tracking
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience with Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment

Domain Expertise

- Required to have expertise in the field of Data, Analytics and AI projects

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- PMO, PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Jira would be an advantage
