We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of underground Water and Sewer pipeline networks in Ujjain. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating with municipal authorities, ensuring quality control, and driving project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee site execution for Water/Sewer pipe laying (RCC/DI) and trenchless/open-cut operations.

- Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance.

- Coordinate with Municipal Authorities/ PDMC for permissions, traffic diversions, and utility clearances.

- Supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and labor crews to ensure optimal productivity.

- Ensure strict quality checks (hydro/gravity testing) and safety protocols (deep trenching, confined spaces).

- Prepare client billing (RA Bills), monitor budgets, and control material usage.

Key Requirements

- Experience:



8–12+ Years in Sewer Line / Underground Utility Projects

- Prior experience managing municipal infrastructure contracts under Municipal Corporations / Smart City projects.

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech

- Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience managing sewerage network / pipe laying / water supply projects.

- Proven track record in sewerage network or urban water supply projects.

- Solid knowledge of pipe laying techniques, soil conditions, and urban utility work.

- Proficiency in MS Project / AutoCAD.

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, site management, negotiation, and local stakeholder handling skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
