Role Overview The Project Manager will lead construction projects from initiation to handover, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards. This senior role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to represent Karan Builders professionally in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

- Review drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Develop detailed project schedules and allocate resources.
- Plan materials, machinery, and manpower requirements.

1. Execution & Monitoring

- Supervise site activities and ensure progress aligns with schedule.
- Enforce quality standards and safety compliance.
- Conduct daily site reviews and resolve bottlenecks.

1. Contract & Resource Management

- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams.
- Handle contract variations and ensure compliance with obligations.
- Optimize productivity and control wastage.

1. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

- Represent Karan Builders in all client interactions, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness.
- Maintain strong client relations regarding progress, quality, and speed.
- Submit bills,



reconciliations, and ensure timely payment collection.
- Provide regular progress updates and address client concerns effectively.

1. Administration & Documentation

- Prepare DPRs, MOMs, and site correspondence.
- Report constraints and propose corrective measures.
- Maintain accountability for project reports, petty cash, and site security.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma OR B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred).
- Experience: 12-20 years in contracting firms handling residential, commercial, or Highrise projects.

- Skills:
- Solid leadership qualities with proven ability to guide large teams.
- Expertise in project scheduling, resource planning, and BOQ analysis.
- Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to represent the companys interests and uphold its reputation with clients.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and compliance.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery.
