- Creating project plans - Building comprehensive project plans covering requirements, WBS, schedule, budget, quality, resources, communications etc.

- Assembling project teams - Recruiting, hiring and assigning roles and responsibilities to the project team members.

- Managing project budgets and resources - Estimating costs and ensuring timely availability of financial and human resources.

- Monitoring project progress - Tracking progress continuously using methodologies like earned value management for early problem identification.

- Risk management - Identifying potential risks and employing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.





- Stakeholder management - Managing expectations and communication with clients, team members, vendors, top management etc.

- Conducting team meetings - Leading project team discussions and ensuring alignment through the project.

- Reporting on deliverables - Keeping stakeholders updated on key project metrics like status, milestones achieved, costs incurred etc.

- Driving project closure - Completing project financial and administrative closure while documenting lessons learned.
