Role Description The Project Manager – Digital Platforms & AI will lead end-to-end delivery of digital and AI initiatives that support Toyota Financial Services India’s business and customer experience objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

The role includes overseeing requirements gathering, solution design, vendor and technology partner coordination, and tracking project risks, issues, and dependencies.

The Project

Manager will monitor platform performance, drive continuous improvement,



and ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards. This position also requires regular stakeholder communication, progress reporting, and contribution to the roadmap for digital platforms and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks, resources, and project milestones.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to validate deliverables, perform quality checks, and ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, manage dependencies, and support smooth implementation of digital platforms.
- Experience managing digital transformation, AI, or data-driven initiatives in financial services or automotive ecosystems is preferred.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with technology teams, business functions, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
