What You’ll Lead:
- End-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
- Site teams comprising engineers, supervisors, and vendors
- Project budgets, cost control, variations, and billing
- Client relationships, stakeholder coordination, and expectations
- Quality, safety, timelines, and project performance
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 8–15 years of experience in corporate workspace / interior fit-out projects
✅ Proven track record of delivering at least 10 large-scale projects as Project Manager
✅ Experience handling projects valued at ₹5–30 Cr and spanning 50,000–2,00,000 sq. ft.
✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams of 5–15 members
✅ Flexibility to work in Bangalore or Gurgaon, based on project requirements
